Moving back from living abroad, she has returned to her roots in Hopewell Bay. Although she can be flirtatious and competitive, Deb deeply cares for her family, and is happy to be reconnecting with Ursula. Some may wonder why she would come back now. Is it because the Mansion is being renovated again? Or perhaps it’s something deeper and more personal…
Heikki Laine[]
Heikki is the humble and recluse lighthouse keeper. Known to many as The Wizard of Hopewell Bay, his rather gruff exterior and large white beard betray a soft and kind soul. He is originally from Finland and therefore loves to go to sauna and take care of the Finnish magpies that live on his island. His moniker of Wizard may come from the fact that he has been often seen talking to his birds, while at other times spouts cryptic Finnish proverbs that defy any logic. What is more strange, however, is that he has a mysterious past with Charlie Boulton that may hold a key to unlocking even greater secrets.
Holden[]
Holden Level 3 Holden is a reporter and photographer for the Boulton Bugle, who's in the habit of taking a few too many pictures of himself. How far will she go to get the ultimate story?

Unfortunately, this also means getting rid of that pesky run-down mansion known as Beaumont Hall. To make matters worse, it’s still infested with those dubious Boultons, who she trusts as far as she can throw them. What would lead her to hate a family so much?
Winston[]
Winston is the butler for Beaumont Hall. Proud, mannered, and professional he still believes that manners maketh man. Even though the Mansion has gone into disarray over the years, he has done his best to keep whatever glory and luster is left in the estate. He is fiercely loyal and protective of the Boulton family, serving them from a young age. Mr. Winston will put anyone who would dare speak ill of them in their place. Especially regarding Leonard Boulton, who he will often help, even though it may mean getting himself in trouble.

When things go wrong with your plumbing and you have no idea what to do, it's time to call Ash Plumbing Inc. They find the Boulton estate particularly fascinating, as they grew up hearing the story of "Skatie" Katie who invented the skateboard - this led skateboarding to be their primary hobby! Ash may be a bit of a loner, as it is hard to find people who are as passionate about their hobby in their age bracket. But this hasn't stopped them from collecting a surprising amount of secrets during their time as a plumber. Perhaps it's their quiet demeanour, or perhaps people forget the plumber is around... Ignatius Boulton was the creator of the Boulton family fortune. He immigrated to the US as a child and settled with his family in Illinois. He founded a tin can company and built Beaumont Hall. He married Agatha and there is a picture of them together in the Great Hall. There is a statue of Ignatius in the Grand Drive
It is unclear when exactly Ignatius and Agatha lived. The Ignatius Boulton event includes a picture of the Statue of Liberty, which was built in 1886, however, during the Dining Room, Deb says that Abraham Lincoln visited Beaumont Hall, which points to a much earlier date.
Ignatius and Agatha had at least 2 daughters.
Lindsay Boulton[]
Lindsay was born about 1895-1905. Lindsay moved to New York as a young woman to make it big on Wall Street. Here father lost the family fortune in the Wall Street Crash. Lindsay went back to Beaumont Hall and had ideas to save the family fortune, but her father wouldn't listen. She went ahead anyway and revolutionised the business by creating spray cans. Her father apologised and left her everything.
Lindsay went on to become an explorer and the Gallery holds many of the artifacts she collected.
We can assume that Lindsay left the estate to either Ursula, Deb and Leonard or to their father, depending on how long she lived for.
Katie "Skatie" Boulton[]
Katie was born about 1940-1949. She was an avid roller skater and cousin of the Boultons*. Katie was an avid roller skater and her boyfriend Casey was a surfboarder. One day they combined the board of the surfboard and wheels of the roller skates to create the first skateboard. They build the Beach House at Beaumont Hall.
It is not known if Katie is still alive in the present day or not:
*in the Beach House dialogue, Ursula says that Katie was Charlie's cousin. However, as Ursula is a Boulton and not Charlie, it seems likely this is a continuity error and it should be Ursula's cousin.
Michael and Becky Boulton[]
Michael was Ursula and Charlie's son. At an unknown date he married Becky. Michael and Becky died when Maddie was very young (about the year 2000). Maddie was then brought up by Ursula.
When Becky was 8 years old, her family moved to Hopewell Bay. Ursula invited them around, and Michael and Becky met at Romantic Spot.
Becky liked to play at the Frog Pond. Michael later built the frog statue at Frog Pond Falls, as he said that when he kissed her he turned into a handsome prince.
Michael and Becky left notes for each other at Romantic Spot. and one day Michael left a note, which started a treasure hunt that led to an engagement ring.
Ursula never told Maddie what happened to her parents, but in Veil of Fate, Lady Voyance says that they died in a car crash, and that Maddie was in the car with them.
