Garage is the 5th Area in Merge Mansion. It opens up after completing The Gate. Ultimately it grants access to The Old Well. This was previously a more challenging area but was nerfed by the developers in May 2024.
Gameplay Tips[]
- You will need to complete the
Lindsay's New York Story event to get the car hood ornament. The Lindsay's New York Story event will not become available until you complete the Ignatius Boulton event (this may not be advisable as the Ignatius Boulton event is still a good source of Gold Coins and Experience Points (XP)). You don't need to add the car hood ornament to move onto the next area. - As this is the first inside area, this is very heavy on items from the Broom Cabinet, including a Mop (L9) and Turpentine (L6). You will need at least 2 Broom Cabinet generators (even if that means not merging two generators that are at the same level). It is recommended to tap out your Broom Cabinet whenever they are available due to the slow recharge time. This area also requires a lot of items from the Toolbox, including 4 Box of Metal Screws (L5).
- This area is the first to require items from the Bench chain, which comes from Wood.
- Starter Wood Bundle (L6) produces 1 Stool (L3) then degrades to Chopped Tree Trunk (L5).
- Chopped Tree Trunk (L5) produces Wooden Stool (L2) then degrades to Four Logs (L4).
- Four Logs (L4) produces Wooden Bench (L1) then degrades to Three Logs (L3).

The lock symbol for Garage becomes visible after moving the van in The Gate, but that area must be completed before actual access is granted. In earlier versions of the game the access to Garage was granted after completing Frog Pond Falls: Task 4-23.
