Hideout is the 31st Area in Merge Mansion. It opens up after completing the Heikki's Sauna. Ultimately, it grants access to the Dining Room.
Gameplay Tips[]
- This area introduces several new merge chains including
Nuts and Bolts, Magnifier, and Lock Picks. - The primary generator used for these new merge chains is Charlie's Kit (L1).
- Charlie's Kit (L1) produces L1-L2 Nuts and Bolts and Magnifying Lens (L1), which is not able to be merged.
- It is recommended to always tap out Charlie's Kit first before any other producer as the most difficult tasks in this area require it
- Nuts and Bolts can be merged up to Basic Lock Pick Set (L7) which is a generating item.
- Basic Lock Pick Set (L7) can only be clicked 3 times before converting back to Lock Pick Framework (L6), so if you are planning on using scissors on this item, you can only click it 2 times.
- It will take approximately 75-100 Basic Lock Pick Set (L7) to generate enough Lock Picks to complete this area depending on how many Scissors (L1) are used (more Scissors (L1) = more Basic Lock Pick Set (L7) since each time you use Scissors (L1) you would use 2 of the 3 available clicks).
- Ursula's Blue Card (L1) is not as impactful for moving through this area as other previous areas. The majority of the effort for this area is on the Lock Picks, and not the other merge chains (including Maintenance Tools). Using Ursula's Blue Card (L1) on a Lock Pick Key Ring (L5) to create Multi Tool Lock Pick (L6) is equivalent to only bypassing 4 of the 75-100 Basic Lock Pick Set (L7) needed to complete the area.
- It is best to avoid buying double bubbles for items from Charlie's Kit (L1) to speed up the progress, as the tasks that need Magnifying Lens (L1) will hold you up even if you try to speed up with double bubbles, scissors, store purchases etc.
- You will need 7 Magnifying Lens (L1) for this are and they are very very rare drops. So please collect all 7 before trying to speed through the Charlie's Kit (L1)’s items.
- In terms of other items, this area is heavy on fabric with 3xL6
- You won't need gardening tools or gloves again until the Landing Room (4 areas time) so you can sell any you have to make space.
