Library is the 42nd Area in Merge Mansion. It opens up after completing the The Stables. Ultimately it grants access to the Maddie's Room. It is located next to the Music Studio - it is a hidden room accessible after blasting the walls with overloading the amplifier with the electric guitar.
Gameplay Tips[]
- The area introduces a new generator: the
Library Cart. It is needed for tasks that require Books: Fantasy Collection, Classic Encyclopedia, and Boulton Almanac. - The Books are needed for regular tasks (L8+) and to clear 3 "mega tasks" of 'Book Sorting'. Create and merge books to clear these tasks.
- There is a library card, which works similarly to the joker from the playing cards. It is advised to always build Levels 1-7 of the books from scratch. For levels 10-12, it is recommended to use a library card. For levels 8-9 it depends on how many library cards and how much space you have available.
- Early tasks are requiring high-level items, such as Step Ladder (L12). Make them before entering the area unless you know how to get them from Daily Trades.

After restoring The Stables, Deb suggests to Maddie that she should learn more about the Boultons in the Library back at the Mansion. While restoring the area, Maddie learns from Leonard that she becomes the inheritor of the Mansion, and Mayor Bruno pressed her into signing a contract to give up the Mansion. Roddy arrives just in time to prevent her from signing. Suddenly, a familiar face comes into the mansion: Maddie's ex-fiance, Arthur, who makes Roddie upset. Meanwhile, Jackie helps Maddie in scooping information on the Mayor.
