Makeup Tools are a Reward Item from the 
Hood OrnamentLindsay's New York Story Event. They are only received when the event is finished (after three days).
Gameplay Tips[]
Makeup Tools item drops Lindsay Boulton (L1-4) allowing you to create the Hood Ornament.- After creating the Car Hood Ornament, the Makeup Tools are no longer required and can be sold to save space.
- Getting to level 15 of the Event three times will provide enough brushes to allow selling them after they are used, so there is not need to wait for the brushes to recharge (they take 8h), and can save some space on the main board.
- If you have the time to spare, the brushes can hold one extra recharge.
