The Gate is the 4th Area in Merge Mansion. It opens up after sufficiently progressing through Frog Pond Falls. Ultimately it grants access to Garage.
Gameplay Tips[]
- This is a small area but harder than the first 3 areas. The most challenging item is the
Paint Roller (L9) so it is worth starting to merge tools earlier if you only have one Toolbox. - This area does not introduce any new items.

When The Gate was released it was the twelfth area added into the game. No one seems to remember if it was also initially accessed as the 12th area that can be opened, or simply a new area that got added between some earlier ones when there were 11 other areas in the game already.
